Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, pleasant view into the courtyard from the balcony. The latter was an unexpected bonus. Having a kitchenette/dining area was an important to us feature. We were able to safely store our luggage from check out time till the ride to the airport for an evening flight, and relax in the lounge area, which was very nice and went along with the overall courtesy of hotel staff. The hotel is on a busy street, but close enough to Palermo parks, and there are some nice restaurants within a 20-30 min walking distance.

We had no idea initially how suitable it would be for exploring BA, but it was close to Aeroparque, which was perfect for our late arrival & early departure flights. But we really liked the location - close to a busy main route with easy access to trains, buses & underground but close to quiet parkland & shady streets. The staff were friendly & helpful, good breakfast, our room clean & comfortable & very quiet.

The hotel is nicely located in the Palermo neighborhood, close to the metro, bus and many bars and restaurants. Despite that, the rooms are reasonably quiet. The room is also big and comfortable. The breakfast selection is limited, but still very tasty.
